Serves as the custodian of program funds.</p><p>Prepares budgetary documents for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.</p><p>Assists in the preparation of materials and recommended policies for action by the local governing body.</p><p>Assists in the preparation of development standards for redevelopment sites.
