Education
Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate's degree in electronics or radio communications.
<b>OR</b>
Successful completion of 60 college credits in any combination of electronics and/or radio communication coursework.
Experience
Four (4) years of experience in work involving operating and maintaining radio communications equipment.
<b>SUBSTITUTION</b>
Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year for year basis.
License
Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey.
The appointing authority may require applicants to possess licenses or certification specific to radio operation and repair.
