Definition

Under immediate direction of the appointing authority or governing board, administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of a nursing home facility to carry out its objectives as to care of sick and/or disabled, the furtherance of scientific knowledge, and participation in promotion of community health; does other related duties as required.
