Under direction, performs a variety of the more complex maintenance and repair tasks involved either singularly or in any combination thereof in the following fields: masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, steam fitting, sheet metal, electrical, glazing, and mechanical; may lead a small maintenance unit; does other related duties as required.
