MEMBER CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS

Anyone who disagrees with a construction official's ruling under the Uniform Construction Code can appeal to a county construction board of appeals. Members are appointed by the county and must between them cover the trades the code regulates.

A part-time civic appointment requiring trade or design credentials, not a Commission examination.
