Definition

Under direction, supervises and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in preparing payrolls; does related work as required. Under the direction of supervisory official, performs work involved in processing applications for membership in the retirement system; handles all relevant receipts and disbursements; supervises program activities and staff; does other related duties as required.
