Definition

Under general direction, supervises employees engaged in cleaning, construction, maintenance, and repair of storm and sanitary sewers, catch basins, and other drainage facilities; does other related duties as required. Under direction, supervises and may work with a group of employees engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, valves, pumps, hydrants, and other water service equipment; does other related duties as required.
