Definition

Under direction, supervises and works with a group of employees engaged in the performance of various maintenance and repair tasks such as those involved in electrical work, masonry, painting, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, steam fitting, roofing, and other work involved in the upkeep of buildings and other structures; does other related duties as required. Under direction, supervises and works with employees engaged in landscaping; does other related duties as required.
