CREW SUPERVISOR, RADIO TECHNICIANS

Education

Completion of a vocational, technical or specialized training program in electronics and radio communications.

Experience

Three (3) years of experience in work involving the installation, repair and operation of base station and mobile radio communications equipment which will have included one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.

SUBSTITUTION

Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute two (2) years of additional nonsupervisory experience as indicated.

License

Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey.

The appointing authority may require applicants to possess licenses or certification specific to radio operation and repair.
