Education

Possession of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university.

NOTE: Possession of a professional engineer's license issued by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors may be substituted for the above educational requirement.

Experience

Five years of experience in work involving the maintenance and repair of an electrical distribution system, two of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.

Of the electric utility budgetary process.
