Under supervision, uses an alphanumeric keyboard or other data entry device to transcribe data from source documents into a data storage equipment or directly into a computer; updates, edits, retrieves, verifies, and corrects data in accord with appropriate procedures and documentation; may operate image scanning equipment; does other related duties.
