Definition

Under direction, takes the lead and works with other staff in installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring resource recovery facility utilities systems including landfill gas extraction, collection, transmission, treatment and emission; water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution; wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment and disposal; solid waste and wastewater sludge processing and all related process by-product(s) management; does related work as required.
