Education
Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Six (6) years of experience in a business or agency utilizing scientific and technical instruments/devices for establishing standardization or quantitative methodologies utilizing metric and standard unit systems of identifying weights, units, values, masses, and measuring units.

MINIMUM
Three (3) years of experience in the administration, development, and implementation of policy and operations management in a public or private organization may be substituted for three (3) years of the above experience.
Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience as indicated above on a year-for-year basis.
A Master's degree in multivariable Scientific, Engineering, Business Administration or Public Administration or related areas of study may be substituted for one (1) year of experience.
