CHIEF FORENSIC SCIENTIST DEPARTMENT OF LAW AND PUBLIC SAFETY

Definition

Under the general direction of the Division Forensic Laboratory Director in the Department of Law and Public Safety, coordinates the oversight responsibilities for the operations and components of the State Forensic Laboratories for the testing, evaluation and analysis of forensic evidence, or in an ASCLD accredited county forensic laboratory, plans, organizes and directs program activities and staff; does other related administrative duties as required.
