DEPUTY DIRECTOR DIVISION OF GAMING ENFORCEMENT

The Division of Gaming Enforcement investigates the suitability of anyone seeking a casino licence and prosecutes violations of the Casino Control Act — the enforcement side of a regulatory structure built after Atlantic City casinos were authorised in 1976.

The deputy assists the director in that work. Both are appointed within the Department of Law and Public Safety.
