DIRECTOR DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
The ABC licenses and regulates every level of the alcohol trade in New Jersey, from manufacture through the wholesale tier to the retail licences municipalities issue, and enforces the rules against licensees.
