INVESTIGATOR ETHICAL STANDARDS

Definition

Under the general supervision of the Senior Investigator, Ethical Standards, or other supervisory officer, New Jersey Executive Commission on Ethical Standards, Department of Law and Public Safety, makes investigations on matters in connection with conflicts of interest involving State officers, employees, special State officers and special State employees and makes reports in connection with such matters; does related work as required.
