Under the general direction of a Director, Professional/Rehabilitative Services, or other administrative officer in a State department, agency or facility, supervises subordinate professional staff engaged in providing evaluation, testing, education and treatment functions to lients with speech language pathology and/or audiological problems; performs related duties as required.
