SUPERVISING SPECIAL AGENT

Definition

Under direction of the Chief or other supervisory official, in the Department of the Treasury, supervises subordinate Special Agents or other professional staff in intra and interstate investigative functions of criminal and civil violations of New Jersey tax laws administered by the Division; the initiation and documentation of legal proceedings against violators; the collection of fines and taxes; and the disposition of contraband; does other related work as required.
