Definition

Under direction of the Director, Division of Investment, Department of the Treasury, assumes full responsibility and authority for developing and implementing investment research policies and guidelines required for the investment management of pension and state funds aggregating billions of dollars; develops and directs the work programs, office procedures, and activities of the staff of the Research Section; does related work as required.
