COUNTY SCHOOL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Each county has a State education office, and the 2007 accountability reforms gave it a business official alongside the executive county superintendent. The work is reviewing district budgets and administrative spending before they are certified, and finding shared services between districts that sit a few miles apart.
