Definition

Under direction of the Assistant Director, Student Loan Programs, or other supervisory official, assigns, supervises, and monitors the field and office work of Senior Investigators and Investigators involved in the collection of delinquent accounts; monitors performance of attorneys assigned to collections, garnishments, and judgements; monitors online activities of the automated computer system; does related work as required.
