Under direction of the Supervisor, Building Service, supervises and works with a group of employees engaged in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds; does related work as required.

- Supervises the work involved in the cleaning of desks, chairs, rugs, windows, furniture, and fixtures, in the sweeping and washing of floors, and in the applying of wax and polish to wooden, linoleum, and composition floors.
