Experience
Five years of experience in work involving a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, three years of which shall have been in a supervising capacity.

Thorough knowledge of the problems, procedures, and methods used in inspecting, analyzing, and determining the repair and maintenance work to be done, and the materials needed.
Of the problems involved in establishing, maintaining, and developing effective work procedures.
Of obtaining, storing, safeguarding, distributing, and properly using needed equipment, materials, and supplies.
Of keeping needed records.
<b>ABILITY </b>
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Ability to plan, develop, organize, install, analyze, and supervise maintenance and repair functions.
To give suitable assignments and instructions.
To direct the establishment and maintenance of suitable records and files.
Good health and freedom from disabling physical and mental defects which would impair the proper performance of the required duties or which might endanger the health and safety of oneself or others.
