INSPECTOR BEE CULTURE (I13)
Inspects apiaries for disease and pests, principally American foulbrood and varroa, and enforces the quarantine rules that stop them spreading between colonies.
New Jersey regulates beekeeping through the Department of Agriculture, and this is one of the oldest inspection functions the State performs.
