ASSISTANT CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Definition

Under the direction of the Chief Security Officer or other supervisor in a state department, institution or agency, assists in supervising the Security Program and does the field and office work in providing assistance and protection to persons and property in and about state owned and leased buildings and offices, in maintaining orderly conditions, and in taking the measures required to assure observance of the law and department regulations; does related work as required.
