COORDINATOR OF PLANT SERVICES AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Definition

Under the direction of the Administrator of Plant Services, or other supervisory official within a state facility in Department of Human Services, is responsible for supervision and scheduling of the plant maintenance functions, including implementing, reviewing and monitoring regularly scheduled inspections and service of the institutional physical plant to ascertain the nature and extent of required repairs, and the determination of scheduled preventative maintenance; does other related work.
