Definition

Under the direction of a Manager or Director in the Division of Public Health and Environmental Laboratories, assists in the development of a quality assurance program to ensure compliance with public health quality control and quality assurance laws, regulations, policies, procedures and test results; is responsible for the implementation of the program; does related work as required.
