Definition

Under the direction of a higher-level manager or other executive official in the Motor Vehicle Commission, is responsible for organizing and administering the work programs and employee activities of a major and complex program of the organization; manages staff and work activities; prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does other related duties as required.
