Definition

Under direction of a higher level Employment Services Specialist or other supervisor in the central office, or a District Supervisor in a field office, Department of Labor, assists in developing and implementing new and already functioning programs in the Central Office or in one or more of the local Employment and Training Service Offices; conducts field studies to develop special human resource services to alleviate specific problems of the unemployed; does other related work.
