Definition

Under the direction of a higher level Program Specialist, Occupational and Environmental Health or other supervisory official in a State department or agency, conducts the technical, nonmedical phases of an occupational or environmental health program; organizes and conducts the technical aspects of occupational health projects; does other related work.
