Definition

Under the direction of a supervisory official, is responsible for all phases of administration of a health program and other related activities, including evaluating services, identifying and developing new methods of providing services to meet the needs of the populations to be served, and revising the program as mandated by budgetary limitations and changing state and federal legislation; does other related duties.
