Under general supervision of the Supervisor, Aids to Navigation, in the Division of Coastal Resources, Department of Environmental Protection, assigns, instructs and supervises a crew engaged in the marking and maintenance of the State's coastal waters and inland waterways and lakes for the safety of the boating public.
