Definition

Under the direction of the Public Guardian or other supervisory official in a state department, institution, or agency, coordinates and supervises professional and administrative staff engaged in securing, monitoring, auditing and/or managing court-appointed clients' personal income, assets and/or benefits; advises and assists on complex cases; supervises staff and work activities; prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does other related duties as required.
