Definition

Under general direction of a supervisory official in the Office of Consumer Protection Service, Department of Banking and Insurance, supervises an investigative staff responsible for performing market regulation of insurers and other entities regulated by the Department and prepares reports thereon; supervises staff and work activities. Prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does related work.
