Under direction of a supervisory official in a large or complex organizational unit, organizes, supervises, and performs the work involved in ascertaining that the goals and objectives of a department's Affirmative Action Program are being met, both in a department's dealing with the public and outside agencies, and in its own internal operations; does other related duties.
