Under the direction of a higher level manager in the Department of Human Services is responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of a new policies and program initiatives, as well as professional public and consumer advisory activities, including state and county planning, community program development, grant management, minority and consumer activities, and Divisional Advisory Committees; does other related duties.
