Under the direction of the Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge or Deputy Director, Office of Administrative Law, independently presides over decisions in the matters of controversy including findings of fact and conclusions of law. Consults with the Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge in the development of uniform rules of practice and procedure, and in the development of standards of judicial conduct and performance criteria; does related work.
