Definition

Under the general supervision of a supervisory official in a state department, institution or agency, is responsible for analyzing procurement transactions, proposals, goods, commodities or services, in order to ensure efficient and effective procurement; Supervises staff and work activities. Prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does related work as required.
