Definition

Under the direction of the Superintendent, P.I.P. or Assistant Superintendent P.I.P. or as directed by the Judge of the Palisades Interstate Park Court, oversees the operation of the Court Clerk's Office and personally performs the more complex court work and frequent exercise of independent judgment. Supervises staff and work activities. Prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does related work as required.
