Under the direction of the Director, Division of Youth and Family Services, Department of Human Services is responsible for planning, developing and implementing managerial policies and practices of the Division of Youth and Family Services, including the following functions: Personnel Management, Budget and Accounting, District Office Management, Grants Management, Systems Development, Purchasing, Office Services; does related work as required.
